This ONLY APPLIES to individuals who are members of an organization party to the lawsuits in the Silencer Shop Foundation vs ATF and Jensen vs ATF cases from the US Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Silencer Shop and Palmetto State Armory customer status must apply to the whole chain of sales, from SS/PSA to Dealer to Customer. Silencers purchased elsewhere must meet another membership requirement.
PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP MUST BE PRESENTED FOR EVERY PURCHASE/TRANSFER.
Transfer price of 4473-only silencers is reduced to $40 from the standard $75. No transfer fees on anything bought from AllArms.
